1. WHY SHOULD I USE U.S. MONITOR TO MONITOR MY MAIL?

It is important to know if your mail is delivered, when it was delivered and if your mailing piece was sent out correctly. It is equally important to know if your list is used without your authorization. Seeding your list with family and friends may have given you a measure of protection in the past, but it is not enough any more. U.S. Monitor offers a base of experienced mail receiving agents who are located in hundreds of cities throughout the United States who monitor and report on your decoy mail. You get the critical information needed to make the best decisions for your business.

2. WHO DO YOU USE AS AGENTS?

Our agent names and addresses are confidential. All of our agents are acquired through our proprietary agent acquisition program. We have a worldwide base of reliable, experienced individuals at business and home addresses.


3. HOW MUCH DOES YOUR SERVICE COST?

Very little considering the critical information you receive. U.S. Monitor gives you all the protection and information you need for a fraction of what it will cost you to do this for yourself. No matter how large or small your business U.S. Monitor will guard your investment while fitting easily into your budget because you are in complete control of the number of decoy addresses you include into your mailings or list rentals. 4. HOW MANY DECOYS SHOULD I USE?

For your in-house mailings:

Minimum Coverage. For a national mailing you should have at least 1 decoy address in each of the 21 Bulk Mail Centers and 1 in each of the 8 Auxiliary Service Facilities (29 total).

Better Coverage. You should have 1 in each of the 50 states in the United States (50 total).

The Best Coverage. All 21 BMC'S & 8 ASF'S, every state in the United States, multiple addresses in the larger states such as New York, Illinois, Texas, California, etc., and where your list is most heavily concentrated.

For list rental protection: The average number of decoys to insert into each rental is 10. Of course, the greater the coverage the better the security.
